Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handmade fabric bags and accessories. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with your statutory rights.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under the cooling-off period, items must:

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  4. Package the item securely using the original packaging where possible
  5. Send the item to the provided address using a tracked delivery service

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. We will notify you of any such reduction before processing the refund.

Standard delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the goods are faulty. If you cancel your order, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to cover this cost.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

Late or Missing Refunds
